Some weeks the case fills up faster than we can photograph it. This is what we had freshly baked, right from the oven:

  • Original Ensaymada
  • Ube Cheese Rolls
  • Ube Spanish Rolls
  • Pande Ube
  • Sausage Rolls

What is in the case changes with the day and with what sells, so this is a snapshot rather than a standing list. The pandesal and the ensaymada are the two you will almost always find.
